(1) The board shall collect the fines imposed under section 6.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the procedures related to levy shall be as prescribed.
(3) Regardless of what is written in sub-section (1), the board may collect the dues as per sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) of section 6, if it deems appropriate, through any person or organization by following the prescribed procedure.
